After contacting Dr. Guarnieri and hearing about his natural approach, I knew this was the right approach for me (after search and meeting with doctors in the California and Toronto, Canada - specializing in Hernias). I have had the most amazing experience and I was able to stay awake through the entire surgical experience. I was walking in less than an hour after surgery. I never required one single pain prescription pill, just ibuprofen. This was a medical miracle to me. The staff treated me with genuine care and I cannot say enough about how Dr. Guarnieri cared for me… staying in communication before, during and after the surgery. I have never had this kind of attention from a doctor in my life. What a great experience! I am healing beautifully. Now, 24 days after the date of my surgery, I am in Alaska on my sailboat getting ready to sail solo to Hawaii in 4 days.
